Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This allows flexibility for eligible returns under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return of Products

If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the products to the address below within 14 days of notifying NEUROSANTE B.V. of your decision:

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Process
Once the returned product(s) are received and inspected, NEUROSANTE B.V. will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Refunds include the standard shipping cost of the original order, but extra charges for expedited shipping are non-refundable.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned if the seal is opened. These include:

Delivery Times

While NEUROSANTE B.V. strives to meet these delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur, and NEUROSANTE B.V. is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

Shipping Costs
NEUROSANTE B.V. offers free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €3.50 applies. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and customers will be informed of any applicable charges before completing their purchase.

Customs and Import Duties
All orders placed on www.neuroces.com are shipped from the Netherlands or Germany. For orders delivered outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for customs and import duties or taxes, imposed by the destination country and payable by the customer.
